Pricing & Availability:
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date, errors may occur. Prices and availability of goods may be subject to change without prior notice. You will however be given the current price at the time you place your order. We will endeavour not to offer goods that are out of stock, if your item is unavailable we will contact you and inform you of the waiting time or cancel you order if you prefer. If you purchase a product which is incorrectly priced you will be informed of the correct price immediately and offered a chance to continue the purchase at the revised price or cancel the order.

Cyclefilm reserves the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.

Promotional Codes award loyalty and entitle the owner to a variety of savings:

USAGE:
Codes can only be accepted when added to the basket at time of purchase.
Please add the code in the box provided at the bottom of the Cyclefilm Shop page.
Be sure to press the ADD CODE button to add it to the shopping basket, then submit the order as normal.
Promotional Codes are only valid once.
If you order multiple quantities of the same item, you will only receive the discount once.
Codes are not transferable. They only works in conjunction with your name or email address.
Codes are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, reduced items or special Cyclefilm offers.

REFUND:
Due to technical reasons, we cannot currently verify and deduct promotional discounts within the PayPal shopping basket. The discount will be refunded after the purchase has been made. Once we have received the order, we will verify the code and issue a refund via Paypal within 24 hours.

Cyclefilm does not disclose information about its customers to third parties.

If you place an order on the Cyclefilm Shop, only the following information will be collected (if provided):
Billing name and address, Shipping name and address, Shipping phone number, e-mail address and credit card information.
